Description:
One of the rarest pair of cast iron bookends that was made by the Bradley & Hubbard Manufacturing Company. Each piece shows Huck Finn standing by a fence and wearing overalls and large rubber waders. The bases are of solid cast iron and have an ochre and beige marbleized finish, seen on only the premium B&H bookends. Huck himself is of grey metal with a bronze finish and a fine patina. Under the original felt bottoms is the model number: #171.
