We have recently acquired a collection of 19th century English shoe form shuff boxes of the highest quality from a major estate in New York City. They are highly unusual both in the quality of the work and in their condition.

The beauty of this piece comes from the careful shaping and the three colors and kinds of wood that have been used to create the design. The top slides off to reveal the compartment for the snuff.
