Price: $15000 Description: From a private collection in London, this 17th century bronze Kwan Yin figure still has much of its original polychrome paint. The sister piece, a Buddha, was sold at Sotheby's in the 1990s; this statue, from the same collection, was never offered for sale. Overall in very good condition with only a small pinhole in the bronze on the left ankle, probably an imperfection in casting that was once covered with lacquer, now worn away. back to Asian Art>>>
